Key Details:

Position: Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Newton Mearns, Scotland
Hours: Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday (Full Days); Potential late-night Thursday
Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 Pro Rata (Salary DOE) + potential bonuses
Training: 4 weeks provided
Work Environment: Fun and supportive team with a "funky" team culture and company events

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients warmly
Manage appointments, calls, and patient records
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure clinic efficiency
Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain the reception area
