Are you a passionate Maths Graduate looking to start your career in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking dedicated individuals for a Teaching Assistant role in Spalding, starting in October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while supporting students in both a Teaching Assistant and tutoring capacity.

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students in KS3 and KS4 with their Maths lessons.
Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to help students improve their mathematical skills.
Occasionally step in to take lessons, helping to build your teaching experience.
Assist the class teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring students are engaged and supported.
What We Are Looking For:

A Maths degree or a strong background in Maths.
Passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
Confidence to work with students in a classroom setting and potentially lead lessons.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students’ learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Maths graduate to develop their teaching skills and gain valuable classroom experience, paving the way for future teaching opportunities.
