Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of cleaners ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

* Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular inspections and manage quality control.

* Handle staff scheduling and training.

* Report and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.

* In-depth knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable, punctual, and with a positive attitude.
