Are you looking to gain School experience before teacher training? Perhaps you're considering if a role in education is for you? We are working with a popular and vibrant secondary School in Hemel to provide Cover supervisors on an ongoing basis following the Easter break.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Start Date: Easter 2025 or sooner for those available

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Follow lesson plans provided and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students in their learning journey and respond to any questions they may have.
Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining student engagement.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for making a meaningful impact on students' educational experience.
