A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a £10mil Commercial refurb Project located in Mayfair. This project is currently in the pre-construction stage and is set to commence in the coming months. , with the start date for the selected candidate set for January 2025.

Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role within the MEP or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and ductwork.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safe practices on-site.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions under pressure.
