Site Engineer – Birmingham HS2
Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Site Engineer to cover a role based in the Midlands on HS2.
The ideal candidate for this role would come from a Heavy Civils/Earthworks background and would have proven experience in planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of a project.
Responsibilities:

Setting out works based on engineers’ drawings, site surveys, and as-built documentation.
Reading and interpreting drawings for layout, material measurements, and other project requirements.
Coordinating with subcontractors and the general workforce on-site.
Planning tasks efficiently to meet project timelines and programme targets.
Communicating with client representatives and design team members as needed.
Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with the highest Health and Safety standards.
Upholding high-quality standards throughout all stages of the project.
Managing material orders and inventory control on-site.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date site records.Experience/Qualifications:

Completed a third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme.
Strong IT Skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.This is an exciting role to work on a major project within rules and regulations and to gain responsibility in delivering a high-quality project to the client.
Salaries are negotiable and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
