This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch of a brand-new glasshouse growing operation for a forward-thinking business.

What's the Role?

As the Grower Manager, you'll have the responsibility of a glasshouse, overseeing everything from irrigation and pest and disease management to crop nutrition and team leadership.

You'll work closely with their other site to share best practices and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. The role is hands-on, demanding, and rewarding, offering you the chance to truly make an impact.

If you're passionate about growing fresh produce and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

What Do I Need?

Proven experience in growing protected edible crops
Your spray certificates (PA1, PA2, etc.) and confidence in using them.
Strong team management or supervisory experience, with a hands-on approach.
You could already be a Grower Manager looking for a new challenge or a Grower Supervisor ready to step up.Who for?
