Job Title: Specification Technologist
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Salary: Up To £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) - Must be commutable to the site

Responsibilities:
* Legislation along with customer codes of practice
* Labelling Compliance
* Documentation of procedures
* Raw Material Specification OR Finished Product
* Liaising with suppliers
* Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance
* Artwork technical labelling
The Candidate:
* Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/ Food Technology or Similar.
* Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Desirable)
* Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
