TRIbuild Solutions are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for highways/civils/infrastucture projects in Wiltshire, for well established UK main contractor.

Responsibilities will include:
• Multiple scheme commercial management
• Subcontractor management
• Mentoring of junior staff
• NEC Contract experience
• Change Management
• Budget Forecasting
• Pre & post tender contractual works
• Monthly valuations
• Undertake Material & Plant reconciliations
• Administration of Drawing Revisions & Site Records.
• Support the production of monthly CVR.
• Understanding of cash management.
• Communication with Site Team.
