Our client, an established Estate Agent in Dartford is seeking a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator. Applications are also welcome from experienced Lettings Negotiators

Salary: from £20,000 pa basic salary

First year OTE: C£30,000 pa

Benefits: 28 days leave inc BH

Hours 5 days a week, hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Location: Crayford

MUST HOLD A CLEAN FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE, & HAVE OWN CAR

The role of Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator will join an established team working in a fast-paced competitive environment. The ideal Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator applicant will be a team player who will be expected to maintain our reputation for excellent customer service and results. The ideal Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate should have:

* Ambitious, target driven able to offer the highest level of customer service at all time

* A desire to progress within an award-winning company

* The ability to practice all regulatory requirements

* Be able to articulate excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers

* An existing knowledge of Crayford area, or live within a 5-mile radius is preferred

* A clean UK driving licence and car is essential

* Applicants must live within a 5-mile radius of DA1
