Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism?
As a Learning Disabilities Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in a 20-bedded home, providing exceptional support to individuals who display behaviours that challenge.
Successful candidate for the Learning Disabilities manager position:
1. Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
2. Develop and implement personalised care plans.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
5. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Desirable Experience:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health service
2. Strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
