Position: Office Administrator
Location: Brislington
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 39 hours per week – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday (1-hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
* Sage Processing: Handle daily order processing using Sage.
* Invoicing & Month-End: Manage daily invoicing and assist with month-end procedures.
* Credit Control: Oversee credit control for accounts, ensuring timely payments.
* Accounts Support: Provide support with general accounts tasks and office administration.
* Shipping Documentation: Produce necessary documentation for international product shipments.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience with Sage, particularly in order processing and invoicing.
* Strong background in credit control and accounts administration.
* Proficient in producing documentation for product shipments abroad.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
