We’re seeking a commercially astute and technically strong Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team, delivering large-scale, high-tech construction projects across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the commercial success and operational excellence of our projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and monthly valuations.
Collaborate with Project Managers to validate tenders, prepare cash flow forecasts, and maintain project cost control systems (CCS).
Attend site regularly for measurement, interim valuations, and monitoring of project progress.
Identify and manage variations, loss and expense claims, and ensure timely submissions in line with contractual conditions.
Lead on client invoicing, subcontractor payments, and supplier contracts with financial accuracy.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely resolution of contractual or commercial issues.
Assist in mentoring junior QS team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Support risk and change management processes, working collaboratively with project stakeholders.
Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with clients and subcontractors. What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management.
5–7 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably within M&E or large-scale construction environments.
Experience across multiple project control functions—cost reporting, procurement, contract admin, etc.
Proven site-based experience on large-scale international projects (data centres, pharma, or commercial fit-outs ideal).
Solid understanding of construction contracts and their commercial application.
Strong knowledge of project execution plans, risk management, WBS and cost control methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to take initiative, work independently, and manage workload under tight deadlines.
Working toward chartership (e.g., RICS, SCSI) is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
