General Labourer/Logistics Assistant – Part Time

The Hyde Group are established Industry experts within Aerospace Engineering and have a new vacancy for a General Labourer/Logistics Assistant, working at our busy manufacturing site in Denton. This role is part time, Wednesday – Friday.

The salary for this role is competitive and we offer 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Essential Skills

* Full UK driving licence

* IT skills

* SAP (training can be provided)

* Microsoft office

* Strong attention to detail

* Good communication skills both written and verbally

Duties will include but not limited to;

* Driving company vehicles.

* Driving fork lift truck (training can be provided).

* Cleanliness of the site both internally and externally.

* Complying with health and safety requirements and good housekeeping.

* Ensuring machine coolant is kept within specifications (in collaboration with external supplier).

* Goods receiving and dispatching using SAP.

* Cataloguing excess material and components.

* Packing components prior to dispatch both to sub-con and customer.

Using overhead crane to move material around the shop floor (training can be provided)
