Worcester - Fully Office Based (no hybrid option)

Full Time - Monday to Friday Office Hours

Job description

Our company is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, developing and executing strategies to generate leads, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

· Lead generation

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Analyse customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

· Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share.

· Develop and implement sales plans to meet customer needs
