Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Paralegal to work for a Legal firm within their Private Clients, in Abingdon, Oxford.

Role: Paralegal

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Abingdon, Oxford

Hours: Full time - Perm (09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

Quickly respond to existing clients and new business enquiries
Administration including but not limited to audio typing, producing letters, forms and documents which utilise Case Management and IT systems
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney with appropriate supervision
Preparing correspondence and documents as well as amending and formatting more complex documents
Ability to use the Land Registry portal to obtain office copies and submit straightforward Land Registry applications
Drafting documents relating to property dispositions with appropriate supervision
Assisting with Court of Protection Deputyship Orders
Generally assisting with probate and estate matters
Attending clients over the phone and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner

Good typing and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Takes responsibility for their own work subject to supervision
