Accounts Administrator to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.

We are looking for a strong construction-based Accounts administrator, who can excel in a fast-growing business.

Duties:

Managing office supplies and equipment
Organising and scheduling works to sub-contractors
Strong administrative office & accounts support
Coordinating with management team to effectively handle office activities
Using CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) - Training provided
All other relevant administration tasks

Benefits:

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum
20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)
Pension

Experience required:

Previous administration experience
Working in a construction-based company
Previous XERO experience would be advantageous
Attention to detail and time keeping skills
Multitasking between works
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
