This role involves providing subject matter expertise to support the technical delivery of secure end-to-end radio solutions in a multi-bearer, mobile environment from design to delivery and transition to service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams or collaborate within a team to ensure solutions are integrated and technically leading projects, being accountable for their technical success
Independently create and run test plans and schedules, and contribute towards strategy decisions
Validate design documents against system requirements and produce appropriate test documentation
Deliver demonstrations and presentations on technical subjects to senior stakeholders and industry partners
Identify and resolve technical issues using in-depth knowledge of communications principles

Job Requirements:

Qualified to a degree level in a relevant subject or extensive experience in the communications industry
Experience providing technical leadership with demonstrable competence speaking to stakeholders
Strong knowledge of military communication systems and utilisation of the full frequency spectrum
In-depth knowledge of commercial telecommunications technology such as microwave, Wi-Fi, 4G, and LTE
Proven experience conveying complex information to non-specialist audiences
