Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases, including contentious probate matters;
* Assist in building and developing the department.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
* Proven experience in handling a range of litigation matters
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
