Our client, a leading construction company based in Maldon, is seeking a motivated Yard Operative to join their team. As a Yard Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the construction site and ensure that materials and equipment are organised and readily available.

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading materials
Sorting and stacking materials in an organised manner
Picking Materials
Assisting with inventory checks and stock control
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
