Our client is looking for a Shift Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be

 Working for the UKs largest dealer within their speciality.

Key Responsibilities:

Keeping up to date with current DVSA legislation
Ensuring workshop machinery and tools are kept maintained
Maintaining a professional workshop environment
Ensuring correct diagnosis pathways are taken
Being responsible for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity

Person Specification:

Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
Experience of coaching and mentoring staff
Happy to work and install correct morals with all technicians
