Provide first-line HR support and comprehensive advice across the business, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Maintain and update HR documentation for current and former employees.
Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with managers and staff to resolve HR challenges effectively.
Review payroll processes to ensure accuracy (no payroll processing required).Key Skills & Experience Required:

CIPD Level 3 or above
Proven experience advising line managers on employee relations and employment law.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
