About the Role

As a Procurement Manager, for Goods and Services Not for Resale (GSNFR), you'll leverage your strategic, commercial and contract management expertise to secure the best suppliers and deliver operational improvements.

You’ll work with executive leaders, manage supplier relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve outstanding results.

This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).

Key Responsibilities will include;

* Leading procurement planning and building trusted relationships with stakeholders

* Driving cost-saving strategies and aligning procurement goals with business needs

* Overseeing end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations and risk management

* Supporting diversity and inclusion across supplier networks

* Line management responsibility for a small team

About You

* Proven experience in procurement or category leadership with high-value contracts

* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management abilities

* Experience in team leadership and influencing within matrix structures

* CIPS qualified (desirable), with exceptional negotiation skills and a focus on results

* Annual bonus potential of 15% of salary (based on both company and individual performance)
