Role: Buying Administrator: Pay: 24k per annum Hours: Fexi Hours Mon-Thursday Friday 9-4pm

Perm Position

Would you like to work for a Global Wholesaler and Distributor? Do you have a passion for procurement or are you looking for an entry level position into Purchasing? With in a fast paste environment If so, we want to hear from you,
This role is part of my client's Buying team, this is a fast-paced environment where accuracy will be pivotal to the smooth running of the buying department.

Main responsibilities
* Create New Products within their in-house system
* Chase Outstanding Purchase orders with supplies
* Monitor Supplier Service level (lead time of stock ,cancellations , shortages)
* Provide Holiday cover for the Buying Department,
* Working with Suppliers to obtain up to date product information and workable images.
* Arrange collections from the supplies

The Person
* Experience of working within a busy administration role.
* Strong IT skills and sound experience in Microsoft packages.
* Enthusiastic and hungry to learn.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Able to work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
