About the Business

Main Duties:

As a Finance Business Partner your main duties include:

* Build strong relationships with Operations Directors and Managers, providing financial guidance and acting as a trusted advisor.

* Prepare trading reports, review budgets, create forecasts, and investigate variances.

* Support the Operations team with performance reporting during monthly reviews, communicating financial performance, and discussing risks and opportunities.

* Provide financial information for sales tendering activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance financial controls, and optimize efficiency.

* Develop current financial models, internal reporting, and systems within finance and other departments.

* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

* Support the audit process and assist the Financial Controller.

* Assist the Financial Controller and Group Finance Director with financial and non-financial projects.

* Reconcile various balance sheet accounts monthly.

* Assist in preparing company management accounts as needed.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous Business Partner experience

* Someone who’s a real doer

* Skilled user of Microsoft packages, encompassing Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills

* Ability to work autonomously

* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to building teamwork
