Premier Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, multi-office law firm that is seeking a highly experienced Head of Department - Private Client Solicitor to lead their team at the Winchester office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Private Client department, which is already home to a dedicated and highly skilled team. You will play a key role in managing and developing the department, ensuring the provision of high-quality legal advice and services to the firm's clients. In addition to leading and mentoring the team, you will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the firm's reputation in this practice area.

Travel to other offices in the region will be required from time to time, and you will be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the firm's network of offices. You will also have the exciting opportunity to recruit and develop additional team members as the department continues to expand.
