Our client, a prestigious high-end residential house builder based in Surrey, is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team. Specializing in bespoke residential builds and premium developments, this company is synonymous with excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Their projects range from £1m to £5m, encompassing up to 10 plots at a time.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate daily/weekly activities, aligning them with project timelines and objectives.
* Use programming software to develop, monitor, and adjust project plans, tracking variations effectively.
* Lead your team with initiative and align them with company values and HR policies.
* Manage project documentation, inspections, and meetings while maintaining exceptional time management.
* Uphold the highest site standards, ensuring compliance with SHE legislation and fostering a culture of safety.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
* Monitor and maintain high-quality workmanship across all aspects of the project.
* Strategically plan for financial efficiencies and manage long-lead resources.
* Maintain accurate administration, financial tracking, and reporting to senior management.
What You’ll Bring:
* Qualifications: SMSTS and First Aid certificates are essential.
* Experience: Proven track record managing residential projects valued between £2m - £4m or of comparable complexity.
* Skills: Strong technical and construction knowledge, programming software proficiency, and effective leadership skills.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing high-pressure situations with professionalism and finesse.
* Bonus Skills: Trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
