Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover Hampshire

Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in high profile Commercial Buildings. They are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites across Hampshire.

Pay Rate: £24 Umbrella PAYE

Working Hours: M-F, 8-5

Responsibilities of the Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Performing the daily activities on-site Planned Preventative Maintenance.

* Maintaining the PPM regime

* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

* Managing visiting contractors and the specialist engineering providers

* Providing Electrical technical expertise to the occupants and landlord

* Dealing with reactive maintenance tasks

About you as the Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Qualified Electrical Engineer, ideally apprentice trained (18th Edition)

* Maintenance biased with Multi-Skilled experience

* Steady work history

* Experienced in maintaining a large commercial building
