Our Trusts are committed to collaboration in delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable healthcare for our communities. We need an experienced, innovative and commercially astute leader with:
• A proven record in estates management and capital developments within a complex organisation.
• Experience managing backlog maintenance and optimising PFI contracts.
• Expertise in financial and risk management, with a focus on value and outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in planning, managing change, and delivering results.
• The ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A drive to innovate and create environments that support patients and staff.
Why This Role?
This is a superb opportunity to make a real impact across two Trusts. You will lead the transformation of our healthcare estate, leaving a legacy that improves outcomes for patients, staff, and the wider community. We offer the autonomy to deliver change, the platform to innovate, and the chance to work in a supportive, ambitious environment.
If you are motivated by challenge, thrive on leading change, and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
