We are recruiting on behalf of a tier 1 contractor that provides national construction and infrastructure services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. What you'll need to succeed

Relevant experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within UK Construction.
An M&E bias.
Experience in technical/heavy M&E projects.
Experience gained on boiler house construction, manufacturing plants/heavy industrial or process pipework construction projects.
A HND or Degree in quantity surveying (or other commercially related discipline).
RICS accreditation.
A good knowledge of monthly reporting and an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budgets/forecasts.What you'll get in return
