My client, an award-winning dental start-up is looking for a Clinical Relationship Manager to join their fast-growing team.

This role would suit someone from the dental industry who is looking for a new challenge, perhaps in a more commercial environment. Maybe you're a dentist who doesn't want to be a dentist anymore?

The role involves:

* Working closely with the business development team to on-board new customers to the platform

* Having an understanding of the unique challenges faced by dentists and be able to tailor the offering to their individual needs

* Designing and carrying out new customer training by becoming an expert in my client's technology and encouraging change within the dental industry

* Identifying potential new cusotmers and new offerings to existing customers

* Monitoring customer adoption, retention and satisfaction levels

To succeed in this role you will be:

* From a dental background; ideally a dentist but hygienists, oral therapists and dental practice managers would also be considered

* Passionate about technology and confident in using cloud-based software

* Enjoy presenting/ training - a confident communicator

* A people person - able to handle objections/ manage issues as they arise

This role can be fully remote or hybrid from the offices based in Central London, however you will need to be able to attend a 3-week London based training course on starting.
