As a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell, in the Southwest, you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, undertaking electrical and mechanical building service Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) along with plumbing and HVAC works and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per Honeywell guidelines. This is a field based role working a client sites based across the Southwest to include Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge and other areas across Wiltshire and Dorset.

Key responsibilities
* Prioritise and undertake reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved and tasks are carried out in line with task schedules and reactive maintenance tasks
* Carry out the installation of new M&E equipment as required i.e., minor new works, refurbishment, and capital works replacement programme and respond to site callouts and cover emergencies as necessary
* Highlight faults and provide quotations for the remedial works
* Install and repair plant as required and directed and act in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with site
* Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
Key skills and qualifications
* Previous experience within building maintenance to include both mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills coupled with City and Guilds qualified or equivalent in electrical services/maintenance
* Health and safety knowledge to include knowledge of lone working requirements
* Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels
* Full UK driving license
