Our client is a successful and established company based in Crook, County Durham. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with them on a full time, temp to perm basis. If you meet the person specification for the role below, please apply for an immediate response.
The Role you will be Doing
* Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times
* Show excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers and couriers for both products and services
* Use various IT systems such as Microsoft packages and in house company systems
* Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and communicate back to ensure customer satisfaction
* Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner
* Have a professional manner when communicating over both the phone and emails
* Respond to email enquiries regarding sales questions
* Answer all incoming sales and customer service calls
* Prepare finance options and applications for the company, and approve/cancel when applicable
* Send payment emails to customers requesting payment on BACS orders
* Gain an excellent product knowledge and efficiently assist customers
* Partake in managing social media platforms
* Support team members with payment queries
* Support team with product knowledge
About You
* Have previous experience in a customer service based role
* Have excellent communication skills
* Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
* Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Be IT literate
* Have the drive to maximise sales
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and a customer driven environment
