Intervention Graduate Support Assistant

Milk Education is excited to partner with a number of primary schools across Tameside to recruit passionate and dedicated Intervention Graduate Support Assistants. As we approach the crucial time leading up to KS3/4 GCSE's, we are looking for motivated graduates to provide essential support in Maths and English to help students achieve their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

* Recent graduates with a strong academic background in Maths, English, or related subjects
* Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred but not essential
* A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development

What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting small groups and individual students with tailored intervention in Maths and English
* Helping students build confidence and prepare for their KS2 SATs
* Working closely with teachers to monitor progress and adapt learning strategies
* Encouraging students to develop their skills and improve their academic performance
