Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (£20,000-£25,000)

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early stages of learning and development?

This primary school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming and inclusive faculty in Hayes.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to children to help them achieve their learning milestones.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
* Support the physical, social, and emotional development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to assess pupils' progress and address any learning needs.

Requirements
* Essential Qualifications:
* CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* OR a 2:1 or above degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education.
* A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
* Prior experience in an early years or primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
