Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating brake press machines and a strong understanding of metal fabrication. This role is crucial for ensuring the precision and quality of our manufactured components used in critical communication systems and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets and components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on brake press machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to accurately produce parts.

* Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.

* Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to address any issues or improvements in the manufacturing process.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong understanding of metal fabrication and sheet metal work.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.
