They are a local partner in finding the right tools for all their clients outdoor projects, big or small and have a wide range of top-brand machinery suitable for both personal and commercial use.

Based in Lincolnshire and with their highly knowledgeable team, their commitment doesn't end with the purchase, with after sales support and a skilled workshop team to help keep the customers machinery in the best condition.

With the continued success of the business, they are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machinery Mechanic with experience of 2 stroke, 4 stroke and battery F&G to join their dynamic team based outside of Market Rasen.

THE ROLE:
Carry out diagnostics, services, and repairs on a wide range of Garden Machinery, in-house and at customer locations to the standard required by the Service Manager.
Completion of job-related administration and reports, timesheets etc.
Allocation of parts for each job.
Maintain a tidy and organised workstation with an element of pride.
Liaising with customers and registration of jobs when required.
Ensure machine is cleaned ready for customer collection.
Provide service support to all other departments as delegated by the Service Manager.
Perform pre-delivery inspections and set up on new or used equipment.
Respond to domestic and professional customer site call-outs to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

THE CANDIDATE:
A positive can-do attitude and mindset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience - knowledge and experience of a variety of forest & garden and domestic & commercial machinery. Ideally familiar with Husqvarna, and competitive products.
Ability to diagnose faults.
Strong communication skills.
Full clean driver's licence.
Have ambition and drive to grow your role and responsibilities within the company.
Comply with company health & safety rules and regulations.
Competent IT skills.
Attend training courses as required by the company to maintain satisfactory levels of compliance and understanding of the latest products.
Ensure due care is given to customer and company property.
