Year 1 Teacher Opportunity - Start Date: April 2025

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Year 1 Class Teacher to join a dedicated and caring team at primary school in Tonbridge, Kent. This full-time, permanent position commences after Easter 2025, following a successful probationary period. Candidates with aspirations for leadership are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.

Utilise assessment data to inform instruction and address diverse learning needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Proven experience teaching Year 1 in a primary school setting.

Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to providing high-quality education and continuous professional development.
