Registered Home Manager
Inverness
£75,000 + bonus

On behalf of my client, who are a UK wide organisation offering residential and nursing support, are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Inverness.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall operations of the home
* all measured through key performance indicators
* Financial and budget management
* Building strong relationships with residents, their families and the care home team
* Staff recruitment
* Adhering to standards set by NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate
* Create and maintain a wholesome environment where residents are cared for to their specific requirements, supported whilst promoting independence and are the priority at the heart of care.

Requirements
* Proven management experience at a similar level
* Must be a registered nurse with active NMC Pin
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Have a thorough knowledge to implement NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards and best practice
* Decision making skills
* A can do attitude
