Certifications
Landlord complianceProfile

Relevant safety and compliance experience within the housing sector
Relevant safety or compliance qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, P405 Asbestos, P901 Legionella
Thorough understanding of Fire Safety and Building Safety
Currently or previously operating in residential safety
Thorough understanding of the social housing sector compliance regulations
Strategic thinking
