Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Monitor and inspect product quality during the production process.
Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machines.
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Record and report production data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.Requirements:

A keen interest in manufacturing and hands-on technical work.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not required.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, BTEC) are advantageous but not essential
