Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to assist in overseeing our catering operations at Salisbury Cathedral. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing all catering operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and event planning.

Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring excellent performance and high morale.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

Collaborate with the General Manager on budget management and financial performance.

Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that reflect the needs and preferences of our guests.

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:Proven experience in a managerial role within the catering or hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
