What will you be doing?

* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within a fast-paced environment.

* Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates, balancing expectations of both clients and candidates.

* Collaborating with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies.

* Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions.

* Daily social networking and advertising of vacancies

* Working with our bespoke database ensuring all information is fully up to date and accurate.

* Meeting and greeting clients and candidates both online and Face to Face.

* Target driven goals, empathising the need for consistent performance.

* Attend networking events.
