Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Service Innovation Group and play a key role in sourcing top talent to help us continue driving our business forward. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, screening them, and matching them to the right positions within our company. Your ability to design effective recruiting strategies, build strong relationships, and make sound judgments will be essential to your success.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bring the perfect blend of sales acumen and headhunting expertise. If you have strong ethics, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

* Update and refine our recruiting procedures, including job application and onboarding processes.

* Track and analyse key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

* Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting such as LinkedIn and Boolean searches.

* Research and select effective job advertising platforms to attract top candidates.

* Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.

* Recommend strategies to strengthen our employer brand.

* Collaborate with department managers to forecast and plan for future hiring needs.

* Stay informed on labour legislation and ensure compliance across the recruitment process.

* Participate in job fairs and career events to enhance our company’s visibility and network.

* Build and maintain a strong professional network with HR professionals, educational institutions, and other partners.
