Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

* Raising shipping documentation for parts being sent to suppliers and customers

* Managing UK shipments initially, with potential to expand into international logistics

* Communicating with couriers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping operations

* Using ERP systems to track and process shipments

Requirements:

To be successful in this Trainee Shipping & Logistics Coordinator role, you should have:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Emails, MS Teams

* Strong communication & relationship-building skills – ability to liaise with couriers, team members, and managers

* A background in customer service, logistics, distribution, retail, or manufacturing is beneficial

* An organised, proactive and confident approach to work
