You’ll deliver excellent customer service providing resolutions to problems via telephone and email. You will also organise replacement orders, arrange returns and manage couriers.

Location: North Birmingham (commutable from West Bromwich, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Tamworth and surrounding areas)

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-5:30

Salary: £26,600 + Bonus
