Our client is a regionalised building services contractor with offices in locations across the UK, carrying out Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities services providing customers with building service solutions throughout the construction and operational phases of any building asset.

Job Details

Our client, an established nationwide FM maintenance service provider, are currently looking to employ an Multi skilled Fabric Technician carry out planned maintenance tasks and reactive repairs they should also have the ability to carry out minor Mechanical and Plumbing works.

Job role

All in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act requirement and to company safety procedures and contract specification.
Adhere to the out of hours call out rota (as required).
Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure.
Provide engineering condition reports and quotations.
Logbook auditing.
Good customer interface skills.Skills / Training

Demonstrate competence in all areas of your primary trade (with valid certification)
Delivery of service excellence
Reasonable understanding and a proactive approach to the following other trade skills:City & Guilds in a building or related trade.
