About the Role
As a Senior Researcher, you’ll design and deliver Social Value measurement frameworks and strategies for diverse clients. You’ll work on high-impact projects, providing analytical expertise and thought leadership while mentoring junior researchers and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of the Global TOM System with a focus on methodology and international client needs.
Lead Social Value analysis, monetisation, and measurement projects, ensuring practical and innovative outcomes.
Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods.
Manage partnerships with research organisations and deliver Social Value training.
Develop new product offerings and contribute to industry thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in Social Value measurement, including SROI and social impact analysis.
Strong academic background in Economics or related fields, with quantitative and analytical expertise.
Proven track record of managing research projects and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
A passion for driving innovation and delivering client-focused solutions.
