Job Title: Production Team Leader

Salary: £39,000

Contract: Permanent

Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry, committed to excellence in production and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team leaders  to join their team and drive their manufacturing processes to new heights.

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader include:

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety regulations are followed.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards and promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Cost Efficiency: Identify and address performance-related issues, optimise processes, and manage resources effectively to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:

ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrable experience managing a team in an assembly automotive setting.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Working hours: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, requiring flexibility to work across various shifts to ensure continuous production coverage. You will be responsible for managing your team effectively during each shift to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
