The role revolves around keeping things working:
You'll manage the mechanical maintenance services and projects from initial customer call to final invoice. You'll develop maintenance quotes, oversee service delivery, allocate technicians efficiently, and ensure work exceeds both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
You'll build relationships with clients who will come to see you as their trusted advisor—the person who keeps their facilities functioning seamlessly through proactive maintenance and rapid response when issues arise.
